Proper maintenance of your home heating and cooling systems is important to maintain good air quality in your home, reduce your energy bills and prevent costly repairs. Our staff is certified and experienced with all types of Heating and Cooling systems and will diagnose your Heating and Cooling system issues quickly and accurately.
The Planned Service Program is like a Tune Up for your air conditioning and heating system. It includes (2) preventive maintenance visits per year, usually in the spring and fall.
- Clean your indoor and outdoor coils, burners, and/or blower
- Check your Freon levels
- Check your wiring connections
- Lubricate and adjust the system as needed
- Provide you with a new filter each trip (however, we recommend changing filters once a month)
IT GIVES YOU PEACE OF MIND with automatic, periodic inspections. We call you to schedule your appointment so that it’s convenient for you.
